01 Is night vision legal to own in Australia?

02 What is the lead time on pre-order items?
Pre-order units typically ship in 4–6 weeks from order. The product page shows the current lead time and how many pre-order units remain.
03 Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship right across Australia. Controlled items are subject to an eligibility check before dispatch, in line with the Defence Trade Controls Act 2012.
04 What warranty do you offer?
All units carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Custom builds carry the terms agreed at the time of quote.
05 How do eligibility checks work?
For certain controlled items we may contact you to confirm you are an eligible end user within Australia before the order ships. It is quick, and it keeps everyone on the right side of the rules.
06 Can I return an item?
Unopened, unused goods can be returned within 14 days. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
